In an age obsessed with documentation and seemingly preserving every moment given even the slimmest notion of worth (from your plate at Sunday Brunch to your successful earning of your degree); I’ve decided to expand my own personal repertoire of everything fitness/health/migraines/ and more to the blogosphere. The content and pursuit will surely evolve. For now the intention is as follows:

  • Accountability for training and health goals
  • Networking amongst fellow racers
  • Inspire those with similar ambitions
  • Develop a better sense of purpose and focus

And of course: Documenting the journey.
